Pastor Mark is the founder of Restoration Church. Pastor Mark has over 23 years experience in ministry...including pastoring churches and traveling in evangelistic ministry. He has held revivals in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana.
He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in History from the University of Texas at Tyler and he holds an earned Master of Divinity degree from Texas Christian University. In addition, thanks to former Governor George W. Bush's Faith Based Initiative program, Pastor Mark holds a State recognized and accepted certification as a Faith Based Counselor from the Christian and Faith Based Counseling Service.
Pastor Mark lives in College Station with his three awesome sons...Paul, 19, Victor, 19, and Will, 18!
Tyler and Laura Chenault, Youth and Young Adult Ministries
Tyler (Ty), and his wife, Laura, work together to show the love of Christ to Restoration youth and young adults!
Jesus, Inc. is Restoration Church's ministry to Youth. Tyler has a ton of experience working with youth to help them live their lives to the fullest! He has a real heart for Jesus and a strong desire to see young people come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior! He understands how important it is to communicate the eternal Truth of Christ in a way that they can understand and put into action.
Ty and Laura also head up the young adults ministry of the church. With all the trials and challenges faced by young adults today, Ty and Laura know they need a place of safety, learning, and encouragement. Young adults meet twice a month for fun activities and learning from the Word of God!
Ty is currently going though the process for Ordination into the Five-Fold Ministry. He and Laura live in College Station, where Laura is a student of Texas A&M...Whoop!!
Karen Smith, Nursery Ministry
Little ones are such an important part of the ministry of Restoration Church, and that means we want the best Nursery Ministry! Karen Smith is our Nursery Worker and she has years of experience in caring for little ones. She is a Registered Nurse and has undergone extensive background checks. With Ms. Karen on the job, you can focus on worshipping God knowing that your little ones are in good hands!!
